Many people around the world celebrate today "Good Friday" in memory of a day that was anything but good when first experienced.

There's a lesson here for us all. Many times "good things" can come out of "bad things." And for that to happen, good people have to be willing to sacrifice, and to keep believing that their sacrifice will bring hope, and good end results.

In our western world we tend to be very superficial with greetings: “Hi,” What’s up!, ” "How are you?" And then we really don't want to hear a genuine response. Leaders should remember that a greeting can be a gift, and use it wisely. The joy of commitment
