When I first met the leadership team at GAMCO in their Gainsville
GA plant, they were transitioning from a very hierarchical structure
to a more horizontal one. Since then, Stork Food Systems was
acquired by Marel in 2008. The acquisition included Stork PMT (In
Holland, Europe) and Stork Gamco (in Gainsville, GA), which have
