Leading Transformative Change

Numerous research studies show that effective communication and collaboration are the most important leadership skills needed in today's business world. For example, research by the Center for Creative Leadership (2007)[1] reveals that 49% of respondents and 97% of senior leaders believe that collaboration is the foremost leadership skill needed for effective future leadership. However, only 30 percent of respondents and 47 percent of senior leaders believed leaders in their organization are actually skilled in collaboration. In addition, leading change, building effective teams, and being able to influence without authority also ranked high in terms of leadership skills needed for today and the future.

Logos Noesis helps leaders develop the dialogue and collaboration skills needed for the new business landscape. Through participative hands on training leaders will develop the ability to think together, and the self-knowledge and focused vision required for generating transformative change and sustainable results. Therefore, as a leader you will be able to positively affect the bottom line of your business, by

  • reducing conflict and promoting collaboration among individuals and across departments;
  • turning diversity and individual differences into resources;
  • leading effective change through dialogue and collaboration;
  • improving individual and organizational performance even in the midst of change;

This program focuses on the art and practice of dialogue and collaboration. Leaders will benefit by building understanding that leads to transformative change. It draws on principles and theories of transformative adult and organizational learning, dialogue, systems thinking, positive psychology, and the latest literature and research on change.

I see dialogue as a practice among people, and the cornerstone for better work collaboration and transformative change. For this reason, the Leading Transformative Change Program covers five main areas:

  • Dialogue and Collaboration in Organizations
  • Interpersonal Collaboration and Transformative Change
